Implementation Specialist need to seamlessly manage end to end payroll implementation project for ADP New Clients, ensure the implementation process and project millstones are completed on time, make the implementation process effortless for our clients. Regularly communicate project update with external clients/sales partner/Implementation leaders which includes timeliness or challenges as they arise Need to manage sales to implementation calls, creating project plans, client calling needed to share project plans/setting expectations, payroll analysis/follow-up / testing Partner with internal teams like Sales, DSC,TLM/HCMC/TAX & Banking Analyze payroll converted data to ensure accuracy, test/run client payroll and extend initial support pre/post payroll processing if needed

##LI-DNIGraduate with experience Existing G2L1 or G1L2 with 24 months of experience in the current role Experience in US Payroll/HCM/Time platform is an added advantage Project Management Experience/Exposure or PMP certified Client Training experience Excellent customer service and oral/written communication is a must Proficient in call handling and provide professional end user support via telephone Extensive experience in the use of Excel & extensive skills in analyzing spreadsheets Familiar with NPS, Launchpad, eStart, WFN, WFMgr/Essential Time Work effectively in a team environment. Ability to research and solve end user questioning. Ability to deliver excellent quality of service and effortless client experience. Ability to be multi-tasked, work in a fast-paced team and meet deadlines. Responds promptly and professionally. Willingness to take ownership and continuously improve client experience. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Flexible to work in US shifts as per business requirement. Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization.
