ADP is hiring a Team Leader in Retirement Services!
The Team Leader will provide leadership support to the Recordkeeping team. Our team is largely responsible for processing participant transactions of our 401(k) clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports team’s core responsibilities of processing participant transactions, completing plan maintenance activities, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
- Handles client escalations and works closely with business partners and clients to remediate or prevent future escalations.
- Drives project planning and resource assignment activities.
- Proactively seeks opportunities for organizational improvement and drives the improvement effort.
- Provides quality assurance.
- Project Management: Plans work for others to meet project deadlines and works with team members to exceed client requirements.
- Collaboration: Fosters collaboration with other teams.
- Leadership and Development: Assists in the administrative management of associates, including but not limited to: Recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, training, mentoring, coaching and performance management.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3 - 5 years in business operations and/or retirement plan servicing
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge in analysis to identify root causes
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication Skills: Uses effective communication skills to consult with clients.
- Problem Analysis / Resolution/ Negotiation: Gathers information necessary to make decisions and implement actions.
- Anticipates, identifies, eliminates, and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Teamwork/Collaboration: Partners with fellow associates, supervisors, and departments; contributes and exchanges knowledge and skills to meet group needs and goals; participates in resolving issues.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong focus on customer service.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of ADP Retirement Services policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels, verbally and in writing.
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll Products.
- Leadership or leadership development training.
