Responsibilities

- →Execute repetitive production tasks for a specific program, including riveting and precision cutting of pad material

Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics

Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Maintain accurate documentation and production records

Support continuous improvement
Requirements
~1 min readHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience—preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing—preferred but not required
Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with sheet metal is a plus
- A&P is a plus
- Drug and Alcohol testing is mandatory and random
- Pay is dependant on experience
- Full Time availabe
- Part Time available
