Application Support & Integration Engineer

We are looking for an Application Support & Integration Engineer to join our team and support telecom platforms, CPE management systems, and integrations with third-party applications.

The role combines telecom application support, system integration, API development, Linux/WebLogic administration, scripting, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a telecom or ISP environment, with a strong understanding of fixed broadband, FWA, CPE connectivity, and network integration.

• →Develop and support fixed broadband and FWA use cases related to CPEs managed through the HDM platform.
• →Design and develop RESTful APIs based on technical documentation, including defining API inputs, outputs, and required integrations.
• →Maintain and support the HDM (Home Device Management) system and ensure its availability and stability.
• →Monitor and troubleshoot CPE connectivity, provisioning, and communication issues.
• →Investigate and resolve missing or non-provisioned CPEs in coordination with Network and Security teams.
• →Design and develop Splunk dashboards to monitor fixed CPE statistics, connectivity, and system performance.
• →Develop and maintain integrations between the HDM platform and third-party systems to expose and consume HDM functionalities.
• →Troubleshoot connectivity issues across fixed, mobile, and core network environments.
• →Support application and middleware environments, including Oracle WebLogic.
• →Develop scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to automate operational and troubleshooting activities.
• →Perform basic database administration and queries using Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• →Test and troubleshoot APIs using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• →Work closely with Network, Security, Application, and other technical teams to resolve incidents and deliver new technical solutions.
• →Participate in on-call support and production troubleshooting when required.
• →Coordinate with vendors and third-party teams when required.

• →Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• →2+ years of relevant experience in telecom, ISP, application support, system integration, or a similar environment.
• →Strong experience with Linux administration, preferably Red Hat/CentOS.
• →Good knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
• →Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic administration.
• →Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• →Experience with API design and testing using Postman and Swagger.
• →Ability to build and integrate APIs based on technical documentation.
• →Good scripting skills using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• →Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including basic queries and backup/restore activities.
• →Good understanding of IP networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• →Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• →Experience with Splunk dashboards and monitoring is a plus.
• →Experience with HDM/CPE management platforms is highly preferred.
