Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership.
Proven track record of building and scaling production ecosystems for high-volume manufacturing, with demonstrated impact on throughput, quality, or efficiency
Strong experience in automation and industrialization of manufacturing processes, including deploying tools across multiple sites or Contract Manufacturers with minimal manual intervention
Deep understanding of production systems, data flows, and system integration (e.g. MES, analytics platforms, API-based architectures) in complex industrial environments
Experience owning end-to-end product or system lifecycle, from requirements translation through deployment and stable operation in production-critical environments
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and transformation, working with engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable production solutions
