• Notifies appropriate departments for any work orders and Environmental Services for any needed services.
• Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing members to reduce attrition levels.
• Greets customers and patients, answers telephone with good phone etiquette, and transfers calls to appropriate party.
• Assists members with billing changes, bridges, freezes, or other changes in membership status.

• Skills in balancing figures, computing totals, and verifying calculations [Required]
• Interviewing skills [Required]
• Ability to input data [Required]
• Proficient in problem identification and resolution [Required]
• Strong working knowledge of applicable policies, principles, regulations, etc., as relevant to the position [Required]
• Knowledge of regulations and laws related to the position, including but not limited to BSA and AML Compliance [Required]

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

• 1+ retail or customer service experience [Preferred]
• Previous experience in a health and wellness/fitness center [Preferred]
