• →Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations.
• →Evaluate and manage patients with valvular heart disease and other structural heart conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• →Coordinate patient care throughout the structural heart treatment continuum, from referral through follow-up.
• →Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, imaging specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
• →Participate in multidisciplinary heart team meetings and case reviews.
• →Provide pre-procedure education and counseling to patients and families.
• →Assist in the preparation, coordination, and post-procedural management of structural heart interventions.
• →Monitor patients during hospitalization and coordinate discharge planning.
• →Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing, laboratory studies, and imaging as appropriate.
• →Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice and accordance with Florida regulations.
• →Manage follow-up care and surveillance after structural heart procedures.
• →Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
• →Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development efforts.
• →Maintain compliance with all AdventHealth and regulatory standards.

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida APRN or PA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• 2+ years' experience in a Cardiology or Structural Heart setting as an APRN or PA
