PRN Home Health Registered Nurse- hiring immediately

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN (as needed) Home Health Registered Nurses to provide exceptional nursing care in patients' homes. • →Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to patients in their homes on an as-needed basis.
• →Develop and implement individualized care plans according to physician orders.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• →Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• →Minimum one year of home health nursing experience preferred.
• →Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• →Excellent clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• →Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
• →CPR certification required.
• →Must pass background check and drug screening.
