  • →End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead and execute complex, cross-functional supply chain projects globally—ensuring seamless alignment, clear updates, and structured reporting to broader stakeholders across all business units.
  • →Merchant-First Service Excellence: Continuously optimize warehousing network performance to maintain low transit times, optimize order fulfillment costs, and ensure compliance (PCI, local regulatory) without compromising merchant experience.

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with expertise in warehousing and operations management.
  • Demonstrated background in direct or functional people management, mentoring team members, and driving alignment across distributed global teams.
  • Proven track record of running end-to-end global supply chain initiatives on a global scale with superior communication skills and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong self-starter and problem-solver with the ability to create and execute actionable plans.
  • Collaborative communicator who aligns with diverse internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and KPIs monitoring.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about leveraging modern technology in supply chain operations.
  • Deep familiarity with APAC and EMEA operational environments.
  • Possess a global mindset, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
