Senior Construction Manager

We seek a Senior Construction Manager to provide construction management support services to our valued client's data center practice. 3 to 7 years’ construction experience is required. The Senior Construction Manager’s main responsibility is to monitor and report on design, bidding, cost, and scheduling events with 100% transparency. Escalation of risk is the number one priority. The client should never be removed from the equation. Decisions involving schedule, cost, safety, coordination, and design shall be made by the client and the A/E team. • →Provide transparent and unmanaged communications, escalating risks and issues that require mitigation and/or resolution.
• →Creates and manages customer change orders in compliance with lease requirements, to include seeking necessary bids, compiling data into customer forms, and coordinating necessary approvals both internal and external.

• →Attend customer calls related to design changes and design coordination calls, and track design progress against need-by dates to ensure decisions are reached in a timely fashion.
• →Ensure project schedule is tracking to contractual dates using schedule program tools.
• →Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Design, Finance, Security, Supply Chain, Commissioning and Operations to ensure our projects are delivered through the Compass Program.
• →In coordination with the customer, manage the vendor bid process through the General Contractor using the Compass standard for bid solicitations, RFP package development, and bid proposal analysis.
