This is a hybrid role.Employees are expected to work from the Jakarta office 2-3 times a week.

This is a pre-sales position.

We are looking for a technically strong solutions architect with experience in working in a customer facing field-presales role to assist with selling our real-time data platform products.

The Solutions Architect's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' features, functions, and processes and assisting in closing sales engagements where technical expertise may be required to fit the client's needs.

• Possess an in-depth technical knowledge of our company's products as well as the
  technology ecosystem it operates in
• Architect tailored solutions for the customer with this knowledge.
• Communicate the solution in a way that is understandable to customers in the context of
  their requirements.
• Be driven to achieve your sales goals - should have excellent technical, sales and
  customer handling skills for this.
• The ideal candidate is a great listener with a talent for solving technical challenges.
• This is a field pre-sales position and will require travel for customer meetings as and when needed.

• →Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa
• →Experience in a customer facing presales role working closely with sales teams
• →Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• →7+ years of experience in database technology
• →Databases; NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, MPP (E.g. Aerospike, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, HBase, Couchbase,Yugabyte, CockroachDB etc.)
• →Language: Strong coding skills in at least one language: Java, C/C++, Python, Go,etc
• →Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes
• →Linux experience is a must
• →Deep expertise in at least one cloud - AWS, GCP, Azure Preferred
• →Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Flink, Pulsar is a plus
• →Graph or Vector Database/AI-ML experience is a nice to have
• →Infrastructure knowledge; Networking, CPUs, SSDs, Memory, etc
