RISK ENGINEER

Job Summary The candidate will operate the Risk Management process and tools for NLNG CAPEX projects in order to achieve effective implementation of risk and Issues management in all project. Duties & Responsibilities Implement the project risk management process: risk identification and assessment; risk quantification and prioritization; risk response planning and implementation, risk information records; risk monitoring and control Support the regular health assessment of the project risk management process Coordinate and (when necessary) facilitate risk management events such as risk workshops and risk review meetings with the participation of all key stakeholders. Carry out qualitative and quantitative risk analysis on projects: integrate input from the risk register, cost estimate and schedule into deterministic and probabilistic risk analyses to provide final cost and schedule range estimates Update the project risk database, including the addition of new risks, tracking risk response actions and reporting on risk KPIs. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Number of overdue risk management procedures/work instructions Number of risk management actions from Project Assurance Reviews and internal audits Number of risk events organized (plan vs actual) % of projects with deterministic/probabilistic range schedules and cost estimates Evergreen-ness of risk database: a) Number of risks added, closed, passed completion date. b) Number of projects without current (updated in last 3 months) risk register Requirements Job Requirements Education University degree in Engineering or any related field. Experience/Certifications Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in a core project function (project engineering, construction, project services or front end development), preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience of Project Risk Register creation and maintenance Preferred: Experience with qualitative modelling techniques and tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, @risk etc.) Certified qualification with respect to Risk Management systems and tools Competences Awareness Value for money, cost consciousness, Problem solving, Project development and execution, Reliability strategy, General engineering principles, HSEQ Requirement Knowledge Ability to identify and process the changes required to documents and drawings as marked up on master documents, Personal effectiveness, Team player, Customer focus, Self motivation, Delivers to promise, Communicator, Computer literacy.
