~1 min read- Maintain EHSS management systems, records, forms, and databases in support of regulatory requirements and ISO 45001 management system objectives.
- Support document control activities, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
- Administer EHSS training programs through the Learning Management System.
- Load and assign training courses.
- Maintain training matrices and employee training records.
- Perform manual training updates and data corrections as needed.
- Develop and maintain training compliance dashboards and reports.
- Monitor completion status and support overdue training follow-up.
- Track temporary employees and contractor training requirements.
- Provide reports and analytics to support leadership decision making.
- Maintain incident records within ETQ or other company systems.
- Support investigation documentation and corrective action tracking.
- Generate and maintain OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 records.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of incident data.
- Develop routine reports and dashboards identifying trends and opportunities for risk reduction.
- Assist with preparation of regulatory reports and submissions.
- Administer contractor compliance programs through Avetta and related platforms.
- Maintain contractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Support contractor prequalification and onboarding processes.
- Verify contractor documentation remains current and compliant.
- Track contractor training and qualification requirements.
- Generate contractor compliance reports and metrics.
- Coordinate medical surveillance programs across supported operations.
- Schedule and track required physical examinations and medical evaluations.
- Monitor mobile equipment operator qualification requirements.
- Track periodic testing, certifications, and retraining requirements.
- Maintain confidential medical surveillance records.
- Generate reports identifying upcoming requirements and compliance gaps.
- Support procurement and inventory management of EHSS supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate ordering of safety equipment, PPE, and ergonomic items.
- Assist with vendor communications and purchasing processes.
- Maintain procurement records and budget tracking information.
- Support implementation of EHSS initiatives and improvement projects.
- Conduct routine environmental inspections and compliance activities.
- Complete monthly Hazardous Waste and Universal Waste Accumulation Area inspections.
- Perform monthly SPCC inspections and maintain associated records.
- Support stormwater management activities and SWPPP requirements.
- Conduct quarterly stormwater inspections and annual site assessments.
- Assist with wastewater monitoring and environmental reporting requirements.
- Support air permit compliance activities, including maintenance of implementation logs and associated records.
- Assist in development and maintenance of waste profiles.
- Maintain hazardous waste generation and shipment tracking records.
- Track recycling, hazardous waste, universal waste, e-waste, refrigerants, and other waste streams.
- Enter and maintain sustainability and waste metrics within EnergyCAP or similar systems.
- Support regulatory reporting and environmental permits as assigned.
- Develop and maintain EHSS dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Analyze leading and lagging indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support sustainability reporting and environmental performance tracking.
- Assist leadership with data-driven decision making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce administrative burden, and strengthen compliance programs.
- Support initiatives that improve risk visibility, process consistency, and organizational learning.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting EHS, environmental compliance, workers’ compensation, training administration, operations, or related business functions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), EHS management software, incident management systems, or contractor compliance platforms.
- Working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations including hazardous waste, universal waste, stormwater, SPCC, and waste tracking programs preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
