Key Responsibilities
Cash Forecasting & Liquidity Management
-
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models to optimize liquidity globally.
-
Oversee daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its operational and strategic obligations.
-
Supervise and release wire transfers and systematic payment files (ACH, wires, and virtual cards)
Banking & Financial Relationships
-
Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.
-
Ensure compliance with internal controls and JSOX requirements.
-
Monitor counterparty exposures and banking fees to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-
Oversee payments and debt management activities.
-
Oversee bank account administration, including account openings, closings, and signatory updates
Debt & Investment Management
-
Monitor and manage debt instruments, ensuring compliance with covenants.
-
Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to optimize returns within the organization’s risk tolerance.
Financial Risk Management
-
Identify and mitigate risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates and credit.
-
Execute hedging strategies in alignment with corporate policies
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Technology & Process Optimization
-
Manage and optimize the use of Kyriba.
-
Collaborate with IT to implement automation tools and enhance system integrations.
-
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
-
Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
-
Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash positions, liquidity metrics, risk assessment and investment performance.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
-
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Insurance Program Management
-
Oversee annual insurance renewals across all lines, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.

Work with brokers and carriers to review terms and premiums, escalating recommendations for approval.

Assist in identifying and documenting insurable risks across global operations to safeguard the Company’s assets and operations.

Prepare recommendations for coverage adjustments based on business changes and emerging risks.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure insurance requirements align with contractual and operational needs.

Supervise treasury staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of growth.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field;
-
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred; CPA or CFA is a plus.
-
7+ years of progressive corporate treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance experience.
-
Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms (Kyriba, Oracle preferred)
-
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, modeling).
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
-
Desire for professional growth and ability to take on increasing responsibilities.
