The Innovation & Continuous Improvement team within the Business Optimization & Insights branch supports this vision by advancing Lean practices, innovation, and evidence-based improvements that strengthen programs, services, and organizational performance.   The Innovation & Continuous Improvement team is seeking an Advisor, Continuous Improvement, to lead small-scale and support medium- to large-scale process and policy improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, you will apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to identify efficiencies, improve service delivery, measure outcomes, and support sustainable organizational change.   As a trusted advisor and change champion, you will work across teams to evaluate processes, propose integrated solutions, reduce operational burden, optimize delivery and embed continuous improvement practices. This is an opportunity to help shape a more agile, efficient, and future-ready AGCO that delivers strong regulatory outcomes and value to Ontarians.   What You Will Do: Lead and Support Lean and Process Improvement Initiatives Lead the delivery of small-scale and support the delivery of medium- to large-scale business process, procedure, and policy improvement projects using Lean and DMAIC methodology. Support the identification and scoping of impactful process improvement initiatives / opportunities relevant to current and developing strategic and operational priorities. Support the definition of project objectives, scope, and success measures; identify value and improvement opportunities; contribute to root-cause and risk analyses; and help develop actionable implementation plans. Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to support evidence-based recommendations that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and innovation.   Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the AGCO to support continuous improvement activities. Facilitate consultations and workshops to analyze current state, identify pain points, validate findings, build consensus, and support the design of improved processes. Prepare and deliver clear, well-organized presentations and materials, including communicating sensitive or difficult information tactfully.   Build Lean Capability and Support Delivery Support the promotion of Lean and continuous improvement knowledge and practices across the organization by developing and/or delivering training, tools, resources, capability-building activities, and project support. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support the planning and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure Lean principles are reflected in delivery.   You Have:  Lean certification at the Green Belt or Yellow Belt level, with demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies in complex organizational environments. Professional education in Business Analysis, Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capability. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in process improvement and analysis, including process mapping, workflow analysis, re-engineering, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, apply quantitative and qualitative methods, identify root causes, and develop sound recommendations to support evidence-based decision-making. Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis practices and the application of BABOK methodologies. Strong collaboration, facilitation, stakeholder engagement skills, including working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels, designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops, and building consensus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly, deliver effective presentations, and communicate sensitive information tactfully. Proven organizational and delivery skills, including the ability to manage concurrent priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a changing environment. Eligibility to work in Canada and the ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
