What We Offer
~1 min readAs a Junior Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client-facing teams and managing customer relationships. You'll collaborate closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction, streamline communications, and help deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist senior account managers with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- →Coordinate client meetings, take detailed notes, and help manage follow-up tasks.
- →Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
- →Help maintain and update client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- →Track ongoing client projects and ensure timely internal communication on status and deadlines.
- →Collaborate across internal teams (sales, compliance, technical services) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- →Identify opportunities for client relationship enhancement and communicate these insights to senior team members.
Requirements

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about cybersecurity and compliance.
- Basic understanding of CRM software (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
