协助工程师开展新产品导入（NPI）、工艺验证、设备调试及持续改善项目。
及时反馈生产过程中发现的设备、质量及工艺问题，并协助推动解决。
遵守公司EHS、ESD及商业行为准则等相关要求。

Requirements

中专、大专及以上学历，机械、电子、电气、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
3年以上制造业相关工作经验，具备生产装配及设备技术支持经验。
熟悉生产设备的基本操作，能够处理常见设备报警及简单故障。
了解基础机械、电气或电子知识，具备基本电路原理和电子元器件相关知识。
具备较强的动手能力及问题分析解决能力。
能阅读简单英文技术资料、设备说明书及作业文件。
熟练使用电脑进行数据录入及基本办公操作。
工作认真负责，具有良好的团队合作精神和学习能力。
