Production Worker

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the Logistics Supervisors in the day-to-day operations of Warehouse/Logistics to ensure attainment of departmental objectives.

What you will do: 

• Responsible for organizing and managing the Receiving Area and Raw Material storage areas to ensure availability of raw materials required by Production lines at all times.

• Receive and inspect incoming physical goods/materials and enters appropriate data into the System, allowing for proper inventory control and management.

• Implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS), Halal Assurance System, and EHS programs in respective production lines.

• Inspect incoming materials and notify appropriate staff for any quantity discrepancy and/or quality issue. 

• Control and document all received raw materials, including undelivered finished products and/or product returns from customers.

• Ensure that all Company safety policies are followed at all times.

• Ensure that all warehouse vehicles and equipment are in safe and efficient operating condition; monitor preventive/regular maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• To constantly inform superior of raw material status and problems, if any.

• Strict adherence and compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

• Report issues and concerns that may affect the effective implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) program of the Company.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned to or required for the job.

What you will bring: 

• Graduate of any 2-year Technical or Vocational course.

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operation, preferably in a food manufacturing set-up.

• Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/ Sanitation/ Personal hygiene required.
