Call Center Trainer

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Trainer to support employee training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development programs.

• →Assist with staff orientation and onboarding programs
• →Develop and deliver training materials and learning modules
• →Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions
• →Communicate program or policy updates to staff
• →Support quality improvement initiatives through training
• →Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
• →Assist with staff development initiatives and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of training or instructional experience required
• Experience in contact center, healthcare, or human services environments preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and instructional design skills
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with training tools
