Sales Executive (Jakarta)

We are looking for a driven and design-savvy Sales Executive to lead and grow our B2B project pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for interiors and architecture, and a track record of converting leads into long-term partnerships.

• →Identify, approach, and manage key accounts including developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• →Drive sales growth through project-based business (villas, hotels, residential, and commercial developments).
• →Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposal development and deal closing.
• →Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.
• →Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting.
• →Represent Ahti Interiors at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits when needed.
• →Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and design innovations.

• Experience in B2B/project sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for design and an understanding of what matters to design-focused clients.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English.
