About the Role

- Identify and groom potential talents for future development
- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau Administration function and basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch
- Contribute to the Agency Business Development department by providing comprehensive administrative supports to the Zone/Team Head and ABDD team in supporting business development activities.

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026

The purpose of our programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Macau, Distribution (Business Development) Department, you may be involved in

License application: to collect documents, validate information before submission to AMCM
Records upload: to scan documents and help to upload to respective SharePoint / agent profiles
Records keeping / filing of agent profiles and relevant departmental records properly
Relevant agents’ correspondence preparation and follow up
Any other ad hoc activities to support events of ABDD

Responsibilities

→University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 and major in Marketing or Business
→Good team player, effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
→Effective organization and problem-solving skills
→Strong at problem analysis and decision making
→Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
→PC knowledge and Chinese input is a must
