MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The role is responsible for ensuring that MediCard agents/agencies are properly compliant with relevant regulations, contributing to the overall success and integrity of the organization.

01. MediCard Agent Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, including application processing and verification.
02. MediCard Accreditation Management: Ensure all agents are properly accredited and maintain up-to-date records of their licensing status, including promotions and demotions.
03. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all agency contracts, licensing documents and communications.
04. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for agents regarding licensing/contract issues and inquiries.
05. Training Coordination: Coordinate and verify the completion of required MediCard training programs for agents.
06. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to agent licensing and compliance. Prepare regular reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations.
07. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to agent licensing and contracts.
08. Compliance: Ensure all documents/contracts adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
