About the Role

Responsible for providing administrative support on the daily operation for Agency Business Acquisition team.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

→Support the research on Digital Platforms and assist in platform development.
→Support the monitoring of lead assignment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
→Assist in digital marketing and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth execution.
→Support to develop the objective of Agency Business Acquisition.
→Perform ad hoc tasks and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

→University Under-graduate
→Knowledge in Apple IOS is preferrable
→General creative, design, photography and graphics skills
→Strong digital analytics skills
→Good team player and communication skills
→Detailed mind and good time management
→PC skills in Office Operating software (especially in Microsoft Excel and Power-point)
→Proficient in English and Chinese writing
→You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
