From inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners and other stakeholders, to delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging, you'll be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. 

• →Ensure all the agency movement transactions are processed as per regulatory and AIA requirements.
• →Ensure all the policy assignment are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• →Perform monthly reconciliation of agency movement records between LIAM/MTA/PIAM and AIA records.
• →Maintain effective data management practice to ensure accurate records and proper documentation are kept up to date and retrievable.
• →Continue reviewing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or establish new SOPs for new processes to enhance operational efficiency
• →Liaise effectively with relevant parties to resolve all enquiries from agency and stakeholders within timeline.
• →Perform other duties and assignments as required to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree from any field of studies from a recognized University.
• Candidate with 2 years of related working experience in Distribution movement knowledge and handling. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
• Detailed-oriented person.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem solver with analytical mind.
