- →Take ownership and accountability to follow up resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
- →Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of company products to address customer concerns.
- →Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- →Track all customer interactions and actions taken in customer service management systems.
- →Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- →Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
- →Achieve personal and team targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements

- Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented telephone manner with a clear, friendly, and confident tone of voice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed when handling challenging situations and high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in using call center systems, customer databases, and CRM applications.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (mandatory requirement).
