• →Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• →Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• →Implement and maintain automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• →Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive resolution with development teams.
• →Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on automation best practices.
• →Support manual testing efforts when necessary, particularly during UAT and release cycles.
• →Ensure robust testing coverage for supported applications such as SAP and PowerApps solutions.
• →Introduce innovative testing approaches leveraging AI, intelligent automation, and emerging quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• →Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• →4–6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation.
• →Proven experience with at least one reputable test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, UFT, TestComplete, Katalon Studio).
• →Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or VBScript.
• →Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• →Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect management. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• →Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
