About the Role

~1 min read- →Deliver training programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded learning formats, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to different audiences.
- →Support end-to-end training operations, including session planning, logistics coordination, participant enrollment, scheduling, communications, and onsite training activities.
- →Assist in the implementation of learning and development initiatives, ensuring training sessions are well-prepared and executed in alignment with organizational objectives.
- →Maintain, organize, and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources, ensuring all content reflects the latest approved versions and business updates.
- →Monitor training attendance, learner engagement, assessment results, and participant feedback, providing post-training support and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
- →Compile, maintain, and analyze training data and records, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- →Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and provide recommendations to enhance learning content, delivery methods, and participant outcomes.
- →Collaborate closely with trainers and cross-functional stakeholders to support training-related initiatives, communicate business updates, and ensure learning content remains relevant and accurate.
- →Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies, supporting reporting automation initiatives, and staying informed of emerging learning technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or training management, including at least 2 years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programs and learning initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other learning technologies.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build productive working relationships.
