About the Role

Lead and shape the Group-wide People Analytics strategy to deliver actionable business insights to the Business, enhance HR operational efficiency, and elevate manager / employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the HR People Analytics strategy, aligned with Group HR’s objectives.
  • Identify and drive advance analytics initiatives including predictive modeling, machine learning and AI applications in HR and Workforce Planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in employee experience, performance, and engagement.
  • Champion and drive Data Quality across the Group for the key Critical Data Elements identified for the HR Function. 

  • Define standards, governance, and quality assurance for HR data sets and analytics.
  • Serve as domain expert and advisor in human capital analytics, building capability among HR teams.
  • Design, develop, and own self-service reporting tools and regulatory/management reports.
  • Provide advanced analytics, modeling, and actionable insights to support data-driven decisions across the talent lifecycle (recruitment to exit).
  • Deliver group-wide and function reporting (e.g., ESG, Gallup engagement survey) and drive analytics projects.

  • Owns and ensure compliance to the Employee Data Governance Standard.
  • Be the champion of data quality and ensure that the data quality checks are implemented across all Business Units. Monitor the Data Quality and work with the Business Units to correct data issues identified.
  • Represent HR in the Quarterly Data Council Meeting.
  • Monitor compliance to group wide standard and manage and provide data as part of audit.
  • Own and maintain the HR Data Dictionary to ensure it is relevant and up to date.

  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, job changes, and terminations for Senior Management and Cross Entity Movement.
  • Provide regular Headcount and Turnover Reporting to Senior Management and Business Partners
  • Manage Ad Hoc Data Request from Business and Senior Management.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of HR solutions with broader business objectives.
  • Manage budget, spend, and execution for project-related initiatives.

  • Engage senior stakeholders (GCHRO, CHROs, HRLT), HR CoE and HR partners.
  • Conduct presentations, collaborate with external vendors, and communicate risk/compliance across units.
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles, train business unit teams, and ensure buy-in for change initiatives.

Requirements

  • University graduate with 15–18 years’ experience, including 8–10 years in Digital HR and analytics experience in large, regional companies.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, digital HR, and analytics programs.
  • Experience with Workday and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence and lead without authority.
  • Conceptual thinker, process- and controls-oriented, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Optimistic, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Global mindset, passion for diversity, and ability to build trusted relationships across cultures.
