About the Role

~1 min read- →Support the Sales Support team in day-to-day sales operations and customer service activities.
- →Monitor policy issuance status and follow up on policy handover processes.
- →Assist in handling customer inquiries related to policy servicing and orphan policies.
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and SHER, to facilitate timely issue resolution.
- →Prepare and maintain daily, bi-weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- →Update and maintain operational records, databases, and documentation accurately.
- →Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support project-related activities.
- →Perform data entry, document verification, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn about insurance operations, customer service, and business processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
