About the Role

Responsible for developing and administering employee compensation and benefits programmes to reward and recognise employees' contribution to AIA

Responsibilities

  • Workforce efficiency management, including organization efficiency and talent rewards ROI analysis and insights for improvement

  • Lead the development and annual refresh of 3-year strategic workforce plans and 1-year operational workforce plans, integrating headcount, skills, cost, and mobility assumptions

  • Workforce monitoring, including forecasting, expense tracking and allocation and controlling etc.

  • Establish and operate a transparent WF governance framework, including defined roles, decision gates, escalation paths, and accountability matrices

  • Continuously improve workforce efficiency dashboard to provide regular analysis report as well as dig out data insight for workforce forecasting

  • Organize annual REM survey and talents comp competitiveness reports

  • Support annual mid-year and TCR cycle

  • Support C&B projects from planning, designing to implementation

  • The role and responsibilities will be adjusted based on rotation arrangement among the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field.

  • At least 8 years’ relevant managerial experience in sizable multi-national corporations HR Department with specialization in HRBP and C&B area.

  • Expert knowledge of HR practices to have a profound impact on the success of internal client groups.

  • Must maintain base knowledge of state, local and country labor laws regarding employment issues and related matters

  • Statistical knowledge and analytic skills, wage and salary survey experience

  • Good command in both written and oral English. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse people.

  • Be ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Strategic thinking, Business acumen, Change Leadership, Planning & Organizing, Professional Credibility, Influencing others.

  • Self-motivated, Creative thinking, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Mature, Work under pressure, Team player.
