About the Role
~1 min readTDA Communications, Consultant - This role sits within the PMO team and is responsible for driving internal and external engagement, strategic communications, event management, and office governance/administration to enhance the visibility, alignment, and operational effectiveness of the Technology function.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop and execute Technology communications strategy.
- Prepare executive materials including newsletters, presentations, and announcements.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Liaise between Technology, business units, HR, and communications teams as required
- Drive and deliver employee engagement initiatives.
- Support leadership engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Track initiatives and action items.
- Prepare materials for QBR, Governance forums, and senior management reporting.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 5 years experience working in a large complex organization, ideally within the Financial services industry in Hong Kong or other Asia location.
- Open and effective communication skills, ability to communicate up and down to varying levels of stakeholders spread across complex organization structures.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across both technical and non-technical forums
- Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments.
- Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive, enthusiastic and a team player
- Understand customer-centricity and the focus on addressing customer needs.
