AIPAC is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions while strengthening hiring practices, candidate experience, and talent pipelines.

This individual will manage full lifecycle searches from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, a consultative approach to partnering with leaders, excellent project-management skills, and a commitment to delivering equitable, efficient, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

FULL LIFECYCLE RECRUITING

  • →Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across multiple functions, levels, and geographies.
  • →Create a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • →Maintain accurate and complete candidate records, interview feedback, recruiter notes, source data, and disposition reasons in the ATS.

HIRING MANAGER PARTNERSHIP

  • →Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, providing market intelligence, recruiting data, candidate insights, and guidance on effective hiring practices.
  • →Establish clear expectations with hiring teams regarding interview participation, feedback deadlines, decision-making, candidate communication, and confidentiality.

SOURCING

  • →Develop proactive sourcing strategies for active and anticipated hiring needs using a mix of online sourcing, employee referrals, professional networks, industry associations, alumni networks, online platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • →Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for frequently hired, hard-to-fill, and strategic roles.
  • →Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach that effectively communicates AIPAC’s mission, culture, impact, and career opportunities.

INTERVIEW PROCESS AND CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

  • →Manage structured interview processes that are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the role’s required competencies.
  • →Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, calendar management, interview confirmations, video-conference links, candidate travel where applicable, interviewer briefings, and follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, or agency recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs, build recruitment strategies, and make sound selection decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, candidate care, and attention to detail.
  • Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, interview scorecards, and job-related selection practices.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to diagnose issues and influence recruiting strategy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Experience recruiting within a mission-driven, nonprofit, advocacy, political, government, policy, membership, or public-affairs organization preferred.

 

AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $130,000.00 and $145,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills and experience match the role’s requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees’ overall total compensation package.

Note that we currently follow a hybrid schedule.
