Position: Full-time / Employee

Location: Remote-first within the UK or Spain. To be considered for this role, candidates must live in and possess valid work authorization for one of these two countries.

Airalo is looking for a Strategy Director to join its growing Strategy team and become a driver in shaping the strategic direction of the company. This position will support in driving critical strategic initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth and success.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy consulting or a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business strategy and business planning.

→Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, finance or engineering.

→5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a focus on technology or telecommunications.

→Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.

→Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

→Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
