Responsibilities

→High School Diploma OR GED Required
→Airframe and Powerplant License
→5 years of experience as a supervisor or lead in a transport category aircraft line maintenance environment
→7 years heavy and/or line aircraft maintenance experience
→Knowledge & skills with Microsoft Office programs to produce spreadsheets, manipulate data bases, and operate email and other web-based applications
→Demonstrated knowledge of planning and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and facilitate discussions with all levels of employees, management, vendors & a variety of customers
→Proven ability to exercise technical problem-solving skills and quickly develop contingency plans
→Must be highly self-motivated, and able to work independently with little or no direction
→Be willing and able to work any shift to include weekends as needed
→Working knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR 145 repair station operations
→Thorough knowledge of regulations and company policies governing employee, equipment, facility and operational safety
