Air Force One is looking for an experienced Commercial Service Technician with 3+ years of experience. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Apprenticeship and/or formal training in HVAC preferred
3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Universal EPA Certification required
OSHA certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Clean background check

Responsibilities

→Provide maximum customer service and professional communication to all associates and customers.
→Effectively communicate with clients and team members.
→Working knowledge of temperature/pressure chart.
→Read thermometers and gauges, records readings.
→Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital signals.
→Other duties as assigned.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on the following types of HVAC systems:

→Exhaust Fans
→Circulating Pumps
→Unit Heaters
→VAV Boxes
→Split Systems 1 thru 5 Ton 1 PH
→Package Units 1 thru 5 Ton 1 PH
→Systems with scroll and sealed hermetic compressors
→Single phase & three phase motors
→Heating systems with atmospheric burners and induced draft motors
→All residential type furnaces
→Medium temperature refrigeration systems
→Cooling towers
→Direct and indirect fired makeup air units
→Built -up Air Handlers
→Variable frequency drives
→Ductless split systems

Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on the following types of HVAC systems:

→Low Temperature Refrigeration Systems
→Boiler Systems-Low Pressure Hydronic & Steam
→Boiler Systems with Power Burners
→Air Cooled Chiller
→Rotary-Screw Compressors
→Pneumatics Air Compressors and Systems
