• Learning about our customers and their integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing sales and marketing teams.

• Supporting market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to the development of commercial strategies.

• Assisting with identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and engaging with potential clients.

• Contributing to sales reporting and analysis, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the sales team's day-to-day activities.

• Being involved in cross-functional projects aimed at improving commercial processes, productivity, or customer satisfaction.

• Developing an understanding of the financial drivers of the business and how commercial decisions impact profitability.

• Learning and progressing your understanding of commercial processes through engagement with the relevant teams.

• Understanding our customers' integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing engineering and sales teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills and values, particularly high levels of accountability, adaptability, and a deep care for colleagues and ethics.

• A passion for business and commercial strategy, coupled with recent qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Resilience and a desire to be challenged and grow beyond their comfort zone.

• A collaborative spirit, with a keen interest to be hands-on and build strong working relationships with staff and customers.

• A commitment to keeping themselves and others safe.

• Have valid and full work rights for a minimum of 18 months from January 2027.

• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field in the last three years (i.e., 2024, 2025) or be due to complete by December 2026.

• Be available to commence full-time employment from January 2027.
