HR Services - Employee Relations & Employee Experience Intern

The HR Service Intern reports directly to the supervisor of the HR Services team. The primary function and purpose of this position is to collaborate on administrative and project-based initiatives related to Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience.
Responsibilities

Assist with the enrolling and deactivation of employees in the different trainings/courses.

Support with the creation, changes, and deletion of the employees’ accounts in the different Learning Management Systems.
Assist with the US drug testing scheduling.
Support with the Termination process and exit checklist reminders for employees and managers.
Assist with the onboarding tasks for new joiners.
Schedule the Onboarding meetings for new joiners and foster engagement and support participation tracking.
Create in the different calendars the DEI activities.
Requirements

Basic/Intermediate French language proficiency is a welcoming asset.
Basic/Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency is a welcoming asset.
Knowledge and Skills:
Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability skills.
Oral and written communication skills both in Spanish & English.
Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization.
Studying Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management.
