Junior Business & Data Integration Analyst (m/f) – HR Analytics

Since 2019, ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services) has evolved from a startup project into a global

powerhouse. Over the past years, we have become the beating heart of Air Liquide’s operational success, driving

efficiency and excellence across the globe.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or technical operations

• Solid foundational knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis

• Proven ability to build compelling visual dashboards using Power BI

• Practical scripting skills in Python or R

• Strong commitment to data governance, security, and privacy principles

• Good understanding of data architecture and data mapping fundamentals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
   

• Prior experience with modern enterprise HR systems (especially Workday)

• Exposure to cloud ecosystem technologies and enterprise data lakes

• Familiarity with collaborative project tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, Azure DevOps)
   

• Curious, proactive, and driven by continuous learning

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to deliver high quality

• Strong customer orientation with a collaborative team spirit

• High professional integrity, maturity, and respect for confidentiality
