Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated AI and Digital transformation Lead based out of our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario.

The core mission is to design and develop digital interfaces with patients and associates as well as tools to increase customer experience, competitiveness and operational excellence. The incumbent will be accountable for the evolution of our digital ecosystem by identifying high-impact opportunities and successfully integrating Artificial Intelligence (including GenAI, machine learning, and automation) into our workflows all across our supply chain and active cycle.
  • Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned AI and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring absolute alignment with overarching corporate goals.

  • Opportunity Identification: Partner actively with business units (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance & administration, the different regions) to diagnose friction points and scope out where AI, automation, or digital optimization can drive efficiency or revenue.

  • AI Governance & Compliance: Collaborate closely with digital & IT, legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure all your initiatives strictly adhere to data privacy standards, ethical AI frameworks, and risk mitigation protocols.

  • Change Management & Adoption: Design and oversee rollout strategies, training materials, and feedback loops to ensure internal teams and external users seamlessly adopt the tools you build. 

  • Metrics & ROI Accountability: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, commerce or marketing with AI 

  • Experience in digital projects (agile approach) and AI use cases

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and change management

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and create dashboards (e.g., advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, experience with HRIS reporting, or tools like Power BI/Tableau).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advocate for employees.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $70,000 with opportunity for advancement.
