Bachelor’s degree. Preferred disciplines: engineering,supply chain management,

5~10 years in Supply Chain - Operations

Solid experience of Operations management (both PG & Bulk)

Hard skills
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Good ability to manage large quantities of data and produce impactful reports
- Knowledge of Power BI

Soft skills :
- Communication: ability to federate and adapt one's speech to Production as well as to Sales or Finance
- Great ability to move from a global vision to a detailed vision.

The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead is reporting to the entity PG Stock and Assets Manager and their primary mission is to orchestrate the monthly S&OP process on their entity (country or group of countries) according to the Standard defined by the cluster BPO.
The S&OP Lead works in close collaboration with the Sales, Operations and Product Management teams.
