Our operations include more than 10 production units at different sites across the country: Yen Phong and Que Vo (Bac Ninh Province), Yen Binh (Thai Nguyen), Saigon High Tech Park (Ho Chi Minh City). We support a full spectrum of industries including automotive, glass, metals, electronics, food, petrochemicals, and healthcare professionals.The quality of Air Liquide Vietnam products has been awarded with both Golden FDI and Golden Dragon awards for foreign invested companies in Vietnam. Identify new opportunities, build relationships, negotiate and win new business.

The core mission of this role is to develop business in assigned territories and markets to boost sales and profit. This involves conducting market intelligence, finding prospects, and ultimately turning opportunities into signed business.

Responsibilities

→Discover potential prospects, approach customers to confirm needs, propose solutions, negotiate, prepare contracts, and log activities in BAR+.
→Maintain and update market data (customers and competitors), build basin reports for high-potential areas, promote the company image at events or exhibitions, and develop new markets through a solid understanding of gas applications.
→Handle project-based, short-term assignments or additional roles as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of working experience.
Background that includes a mix of business lines and business development experiences, along with significant entrepreneurship or innovative achievements.
High importance is placed on being customer-focused, anticipating and dealing with a changing environment, innovative thinking, committing to company performance, managing personal efficiency, and self-awareness.
