Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.

• Technique Généraliste d'Ingénieur ou issu d'une formation de niveau Bac +2/3 Maintenance.

• Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire et dans un environnement industriel.

• Vos capacités managériales et votre sens de l’organisation sont démontrés.

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de GMAO (SAP PM serait un plus) 

• Vous avez de solides connaissances en ateliers automatisés/robotisés.

• Compétences en amélioration continue et en fiabilisation des équipements 

• Gestion des pièces détachées

• La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus 

• Leadership et capacité à animer des équipes multi-sites.

• Communication avec les équipes de production production

• Pédagogie 

• Rigueur, organisation et excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.

• Force de proposition, autonomie et esprit d'initiative.
