Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.

Sous la responsabilité du tuteur et en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe, le/la stagiaire assurera les missions suivantes, dans le respect des règles Air Liquide :

• Analyse de données : Traitement et analyse des données clients (via ERP et Power BI).

• Gestion CRM : Mise à jour et qualification de la base de contacts dans Salesforce.

• Promotion digitale : Réalisation d'appels sortants pour promouvoir les solutions de commande digitale et accompagner les clients  lors de leur première connexion.

• Communication : Envoi de campagnes d'emailing ciblées et personnalisée

• Formation : Bac+1 à Bac+3 école de commerce ou en communication

• Compétences  : Maîtrise des outils digitaux (suite Google)  et appétence pour les outils de Business Intelligence (type Power BI).

• Soft-skills : empathie, sens du contact, force de conviction (orale et écrite), courtoisie et professionnalisme, rigoureux, autonome, orienté résultats
