What We Offer

Total Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides our semiconductor manufacturing customers with on site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed on a daily basis in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption.

✓Support the reliable operation and maintenance of liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment.

✓Apply analytical problem-solving to optimize and repair gas/chemical delivery equipment.

✓Conduct daily rounds to contribute to site safety and efficiency, including recording readings, monitoring systems, and facilitating gas/chemical container exchanges.

✓Develop a deep understanding of liquid bulk delivery procedures to support site-wide safety and quality.

✓Facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of bulk gas and chemical trailers.

✓Partner with the team to provide essential information and follow reporting procedures for quality, safety, and inventory according to site policies.

✓Collaborate in the identification and resolution of gas/chemical-related manufacturing challenges.

✓Serve as an active contributor to the Emergency Response Team.

✓We look forward to supporting you as you advance through the TGCM Tech 6 local OJT and qualification requirements.

✓Facilitate the coordination and issuance of Hazardous Work Permits.

✓Safely restore the operation of high purity gas and chemical delivery equipment.

✓Contribute to customer and Air Liquide community programs, including Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive Maintenance.

✓Mentor and support the growth of TGCM contractors and fellow Tech 5 team members.

✓Partner in the development and maintenance of clear, site-specific work instructions.

✓Uphold our collective HS&E Standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone, including PPE and safety programs.

✓Contribute to the team’s success by completing assigned tasks according to established procedures.

✓Perform minor analytical and sampling procedures to support product quality.

✓Dedicated to the safety of our team, our neighbors, and the general public surrounding our facilities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or 5+ years experience
2-3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Good communication skills
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment
Self motivated to learn
Knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per onsite operations policy, including product acceptance criteria, tank fill, inventory and material usage, monitoring, safety parameters and personnel requirements
Electro-mechanical aptitude
Able to understand and abide by stringent safety and quality rules
Display aptitude for controlling an emergency/high stress situation and performing problem solving actions properly and safely
Demonstrate ability to train junior technicians
