The purpose of this position is supporting daily OSC plants running and spread best operating practices across GG plants to ensure continuous improvements in safety, reliability, efficiency with a focus to support China GG plants business development.
This position is the key person for OSC connected GG plants efficiency and reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards for operations.
Must be in mind, safety is one condition for your employment.
Develop KPIs reports to monitor China OSC GG plants performance, to ensure plant always running at high efficiency and reliability status.
Provide daily OSC technical support, 24x7 on call is needed.
Work closely with OSC and site operation team to drive GG plant productivity opportunities, fulfill the CI target assigned from high level management yearly.
Identify best practice opportunities in China OSC and share with others and also support the implementation of best practice from another region.
Collect the found problems in China OSC and feedback it to GG SPOC, improve our products competition ability.
Provide process specifications for plants retrofit projects.
Provide commissioning support for new GG plants/retrofit projects as needed. Review & approve eMOC (Class 1 & 2) related to process view for China GG plants.
Give coaching and training to new coming employees.
Requirements
~1 min readJob Incumbent is expected to have bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Cryogenic, Chemical Engineering, Thermal Science or Mechanical.
A minimum 4+ years’ experience in Engineering and/or Operations is required.
Broad based technical abilities such as engineering calculation, process control and a basic financial background.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills are essential to the position.Credibility and respect across the organization is important.
Familiar with process simulation software (Aspen or Hysys), Minitab and MS office.
Basic English writing ability.
