This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of an Air Products (Guangzhou) Electronics Gasses Co., Ltd. This role mainly take charge of the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity and Liquid storage level per production Plan, and responsible for shift field safety, Efficient and reliable Operation for the Plant, execute daily safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist PMO engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance work and other assigned works by Production supervisor or manager.

此为一轮班岗位，负责空气产品（广州）电子气体有限公司的日常运作，其主要职责为从事轮班生产以确保气体及/或液体产品的供应能按生产计划执行，同时确保其所在当班班组工作现场的安全，有效及可靠运行，执行日常的安全检查及基本的例行检查工作，协助维修部门的工程师实施预防性维修工作及生产主管或经理所安排的其它工作

Expect to work shift without supervision, as such the individual shall be able to perform all outside and inside activities in the plant
Shutdown the plant and secure the plant safety and demonstrate a general understanding of plant start-up

能够执行停机操作并使工厂安全的运作，并对工厂的安全开机操作有个基本的了解

Issue Safety Work Permits, system isolations, and hot work and a full contributor in all aspects of EH&S such as safety sampling, safety suggestions, APT’s, employee involvement

签发安全工作许可证，系统隔离，动火工作证以及在安全健康方面提供全面的支持比如安全取样，安全建议，事故预防技能，员工参与等

Acquire a fundamental knowledge of the plant process and develop working level knowledge of all system and equipment in the facility, e.g. DCS control, advanced control, rotating equipment, loading systems, trip systems, OSC interface.

学习有关工厂工艺的基本知识以及发展整个系统及设备工作层面的知识，例如DCS控制系统，先进控制系统，转动设备，充装系统，跳闸保护系统，OSC操作界面等

Provide training to level 3 and 4 operators

给L3及L4层级的操作员提供培训

At completion of this level the person should have detailed understanding of all aspects related to operating the facilities and can work independently. Also can start and stop the plant and do intermediate level troubleshooting, and can start contributing to and maintaining site management systems, e.g.  MOC, BSPs, SWIMs, JSAs

完成此层级的学习后，对所有操作设施的所有方面有了详尽的了解且能独立工作，开停机并即时的排除故障，同时开始协助并维护工厂相关管理系统如MOC, BSPs, SWIMs, JSAs

Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipment inspection etc, ensure the plant run safely and efficiently

与其它操作员及工程师密切配合进行日常工艺过程的调整，管道输送系统的检查，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行

Record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job

记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常、月度的例行工作

Assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance

协助维修工程师执行预防性维修工作

Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audit and write safety reports

参加相关的安全会议及执行例行的安全审核并填写相应的安全报告

Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, customers, local operation team, OSC, OTS, maintenance team, commercial team etc

保持与运输部，客户，运作部,OSC，OTS,维修，商务等部门的良好沟通及密切合作

Learn and implement relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government

学习并贯彻空气化工产品公司以及当地政府部门所颁布的相关程序及政策

Follow up AP and local government safety procedures and standards

遵守空气化工产品公司以及当地政府部门所颁布的安全程序及标准

Education is College or above大专或大专以上学历 Good communication 良好的沟通技能 More than three years working experience in chemical industry三年以上化工厂工作经验 Basic English reading ability基本的英语阅读能力 Familiar with DCS operation熟悉DCS操作
