Shape how Airservices engages with communities on aviation initiatives, balancing operational requirements with community expectations through transparent, effective stakeholder engagement.

Airservices Australia is a government-owned organisation responsible for the safe and efficient management of 11% of the world's airspace and provision of aviation rescue fire fighting services at Australia's busiest airports.

Our people are our greatest asset with a dynamic and diverse team operating from locations across the country, from bustling cities to regional and remote locations. Together, we help secure the future of Australia's skies and keep them amongst the safest in the world.

We connect people with their world safely, linking family and friends, generating economic activity, creating jobs, and facilitating trade and tourism.

Airservices is committed to fostering a culture that is diverse, inclusive and respectful. We encourage motivated individuals who value collaboration, stakeholder engagement and making a positive impact to explore a career with Airservices.

As a Community Engagement Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping Airservices engage effectively with communities impacted by changes to aircraft operations. Working closely with technical specialists, environmental experts, government relations and customer engagement teams, you'll develop and deliver engagement strategies, analyse community feedback, manage stakeholder communications and help inform decision-making that balances community interests with Australia's aviation needs. Reporting to the Head of Community Engagement, you'll contribute to projects of national significance while building trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

You'll be joining a collaborative and purpose-driven team that is passionate about meaningful engagement, transparency and delivering positive outcomes for both communities and the aviation industry. The team is proud of the role it plays in supporting informed conversations and building community trust.
