• →Coordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (SMS.).
• →Partner with Customer Service, and operation teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• →Track and investigate shipment delays
• →Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, documentation).
• →Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.
• →Coordinate returns and pickups

• 2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience—medical device or pharma preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience with sterile product handling.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lb and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SMS systems
