3.Manage account plans, forecasts, and service delivery while continuously improving skills and acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts.

Develop account strategy, sales plans, and execute activities to achieve/exceed targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Manage customer portfolios, focusing on market share growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to deliver business solutions.
Prepare account plans, sales reports, and forecasts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
Continuously enhance sales knowledge and soft skills through training.
Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts and customer stakeholders.
