Possess strong knowledge and proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly in high-voltage systems such as transformers, circuit breakers, and protective relays.
Hold a valid professional engineering license (e.g., Associate or Professional Electrical Engineer) to certify and perform high-voltage electrical work.
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and analyzing electrical schematics and diagrams, including familiarity with GIS, SCADA systems, and protection schemes.
Have hands-on experience in inspection, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical equipment to ensure operational stability and safety.
